Educational/Vocational Services

OJRC educates its youth through an in-house academic program. Teachers from the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center provide instruction in the courses necessary towards earning a high school diploma. Each youth is given grade appropriate assignments.

Special needs (i.e. Individual Education Plans, one-on-one assistance, tutoring, etc.) will be addressed within time frames established by the classroom teachers on an ongoing basis as needed.

Residents will be eligible for public employment upon reaching levels five and six pursuant to the established level system.
